Where ‘Be The Plot’ Began!

The story behind the storyteller

Started Writing

I started writing when I was in 8th grade. My parents had me enrolled in every English course known to human, so naturally, writing piqued my interest like nothing ever could again.

Paused

As the societal pressure of doing good in studies, taking a STEM field grew on me, writing took a back seat. It became a hobby pursued every now and then rather than something I did everyday.

Resumed

It took a great deal of corporate burnout (less than 3 months) for me to realise that it was only writing that could make me happy again. And so began the journey of me re-finding my love for writing.

The Start

When I started reading and writing again, I realised that there MUST be others just like me. Who have lost hope, lost their spark, and want to reignite it. I wanted to provide the help, or even just the reassurance that ‘you’re not alone’, that I so desperately needed.

Be The Plot

Be The Plot started as a quiet little corner of the internet where I could find my way back to writing after losing touch with it for a while. I wanted a space that wasn’t about perfection, but about progress. About helping writers, readers, and dreamers tell their own stories and own them.

Writer’s Hub

From tips, hacks, to just ranting about writer’s block, this section has got everything. Whatever you need to simplify the craft of writing, editing, drafting.

Reader’s Lounge

Every great writer is an avid serial reader first. A place where I share the books I liked, and you would like too. Or maybe just rant about some real plot holes.

Life between lines

When the blank page feels too heavy, you’re often left wondering about life in general. This is where I tell you how I tackle life, and maybe in a way help you too.

Bottomless Talks

Thinking about female friendships? Or wondering about the Mandela Effect? Here’s someone who would write about it on her blogs. Cause why should writers have all the fun?

My vision for Be The Plot is to create a digital home for writers, readers, and everyone who takes life a little more poetically, like I do. A place that reminds you that your story is still unfolding. Whether you’re chasing inspiration, building consistency, or just trying to feel less alone in your creative chaos, I want everyone to know that this is your space too.
